Proposal creation shouldn’t feel like piecing together a puzzle. Enter Bidversity’s Quote Templates, a new feature designed to turn the time-consuming task of consolidating partner quotes into a streamlined, efficient process.
What it does:
You can now upload multiple partner quote documents directly into Bidversity. The system extracts line items from each quote and consolidates them into a pre-formatted, custom Excel template. In just a few clicks, you’ll have the foundation you need to build a polished, professional proposal.
For now the feature includes one built-in template and the ability for your Bidversity account rep to help create a custom quote template for your needs. In the future we aim to make it possible for Bidversity admins to create their own templates.
